Make some new friends

CUDDLY and not so cuddly pets make a fascinating and heart warming sight at Boronia pet shop House of Pets.
Lovable puppies, cute kittens and appealing rabbits and guinea pigs are all waiting for a good home, along with a variety of rats, mice and goldfish.
Birds can brighten up the day for all ages and House of Pets has a colourful range of budgies, cockatiels and canaries chirping away in its cages.
As well as the pets, there is a good supply of pet food, bedding and a large range of accessories such as toys, cages and treats.
Staff at House of Pets take pride in presenting the animals and stock in a clean and fresh environment.
Manager and owner Michelle Slater took over the business last November and has enjoyed meeting and supplying the many happy customers who keep coming back to the shop.
“I have made many new friends and now have an established and regular clientele,” said Michelle.
“Over the next few weeks, I will be making some changes, including changing the layout of the shop so keep a lookout as there will be a few sales in the near future.”
So for any pet needs, pop into House of Pets at 244 Dorset Road, Boronia.
“If we don’t have what a customer needs, we are only too happy to order it in,” said Michelle.
House of Pets is open 9.30am -5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.30am – 5pm Saturday. It is closed on Sunday.
Phone 9762 5554.
