PROCEEDS from a patch quilt exhibition to be held later this month will be donated towards the Monbulk CFA brigade.
The exhibition will showcase more than 100 entries of quilts at St George’s Church on Saturday, 16 September.
Money raised from the event will enable the Monbulk CFA brigade to purchase two nozzles for its fire truck hoses.
In conjunction with the quilt show an array of local art, flower sales and refreshments will be on offer courtesy of St George’s Church auxiliary.
Those interested in entering a quilt in the show can contact Mrs Martin’s Quilt Shop in Monbulk on 9756 6055.
