Aiming for the best mortgage

CARL Huybers has been with Mortgage Choice, one of Australia’s leading mortgage brokers, for more than seven years and has been a resident of the Dandenongs for 18 years.
“The past seven years have been very busy, assisting hundreds of people purchase their first home, their dream home or investment properties,” said Carl.
“We help clients understand the mortgage market; show them where the best deals are and help them select the loan which best suits their circumstances.
“Importantly, we get paid the same, regardless of which loan is chosen. This gives the clients confidence in knowing that we are sourcing the product that best suits them.”
Carl and his staff will organise the application and follow it through to settlement and even provide help after settlement.
“To have a business where I help people realise their dreams, at no cost to them, is a real pleasure,” Carl said.
Carl is now in a new office in Olinda but does most of his interviews when and where it is convenient for his clients, often in their home.
“I have a small team, Sue, Mark, Sandra, Jodie and myself, dedicated to providing the best possible service,” he said.
“More and more clients are either referring others to us or are coming back for their next loan.”
Mortgage Choice Olinda is at 226 Ridge Road.
If you have any queries or would like to check whether your current loan is right for you, feel free to contact Carl on 9751 2956.
