GEMCO Players will discover the art of improvisation this month.
Up and coming Hills performers will be put on the spot as Gemco puts on its new season of improvised plays called WotsDaNaymovit.
Director Brendan Kavanagh has made WotsDaNaymovit an annual event after the success of last year’s improvisation season.
Three 20-minute performances will be held at the Gemco theatre in Kilvington Drive on Saturday and Sunday nights during October.
But WotsDaNaymovit will be different to the average play with an audience member choosing the genre and the title of the three plays.
Mr Kavanagh then creates a starting situation and the actors take to the stage with unrehearsed, unscripted and unpredictable performances.
These one-off performances will be held every Friday and Saturday night from 8pm with munchies, drinks and platters available. Tickets cost $12 each or $10 for concession card holders. To make a booking call the Gemco hotline on 5968 2844.
