DANDENONG Ranges people should put on their best poker face and pick up a deck of cards for a night out at Monbulk Bowling Club.
The club, in conjunction with the Australian Poker League, offers free poker games every Monday night from 6pm.
If poker doesn’t appeal to visitors they can check out the bowling club’s Tabaret gaming room, or try out some of the tantalising food on offer at the Heritage Bistro.
The club is turning 10 next month and will celebrate with a number of exciting events.
Comedian Rodney Vincent will perform on Saturday, 11 November as part of the club’s celebrations.
He is renowned for working with funny man Graham Kennedy on television’s In Melbourne Tonight.
Tickets are available at the door and cost $35 for dinner and the show.
