Fun day lined up at Monbulk school fair

SUMO wrestling, face painting and a giant jumping castle are just some of the exciting ways children can amuse themselves at the Monbulk Primary School Full of Fun Fair.
Ray Yates, school principal said the whole school is looking forward to a day of fun and laughter at the fair.
The fair promises to be a great family day with something for everyone including amusement rides and mini golf to keep the children entertained.
Meanwhile, parents can take the time to look through some of the assorted ranges of craft, gift, pre-loved books and plant stalls.
A variety of foods will also be available at the fair including a good old-fashioned Aussie barbecue with sausages and hamburgers, and delicious Devonshire teas. Or those looking for something sweet can try some Krispy Kreme Doughnuts.
One of the major highlights of the day will be Monbulk Idol where young up-and-coming singers will show of their talents.
A piece of artwork from every student will also be in the school art show.
The fair will be held on Sunday, 19 November, from 10.30am to 4pm in the school grounds on the corner of Main Street and David Hill Road in Monbulk.
