THE alluring waft of pancakes and maple syrup covered the hills last Tuesday, as schools, community groups and traders fired up their hotplates in support of UnitingCare’s national Pancake Day.
Pancake shake-mix and maple syrup was supplied to registered participants by event sponsor Green’s General Foods.
