TRADITIONAL dress was the uniform of the day as Menzies Creek Primary School students took part in Harmony Day.
Teacher Anne Mathieson said that the school took part in the day because they wanted to highlight differences and celebrate them.
“Part of our philosophy talks about everyone supporting, caring, being friendly and fun and respecting each other,” she said.
“At our school no one is allowed to tell another that they can’t play together – we’re all about understanding differences and accepting them.”
