WITH apologies to Robert Frost Monbulk, (letters last week) and Robert Frost, (San Francisco, New England, England and Florida) America’s favourite poet
In last week’s paper, Robert Frost (Monbulk) wrote about carers and the cost/contact nexus. Perhaps his namesake would have said it thusly:
I shall be telling this as I die
Somewhere deep in budgets hence
My carers’ costs became far too high
So my friends shorter caring hours fly
And that has deep’ned my despondence.
John Nieman,
Monbulk.
