Lollypop lady’s sweet sign

AFTER 18 years of dedicated and caring service on the school crossing in the Main Street next to Monbulk Primary School, Lollipop Lady Lynda Dimech has retired.
And what better way for the school to honour her but to name the school gate precinct after her.
All the children in the school gathered in a moving ceremony to mark the occasion and cheer Mrs Dimech as she unveiled the sign to mark her years of providing safety to the school’s students.
Now as everyone walks past Monbulk Primary in the Main Street they can see the delightful sign proudly declaring the appreciation the school and the students have for a special lady.
