SELBY CFA is presently on a recruitment drive and looking for committed men and women who wish to help their community. Volunteers come from all walks and life and don’t need to have experience to join the brigade. Volunteers will attend nationally recognised and accredited training courses, which include basic fire-ground practices and leadership skills. The Selby Fire Brigade will hold two information sessions at the station this Thursday, with the first at 9am and the second at 8pm.
