SASKIA Peper of Olinda said she had been planning to send in a lenscape entry for some time and was happy to have finally contributed. Saskia said she was fortunate to live in Olinda, where she often goes for a mid-to-late afternoon walk at the Rhododendron Gardens or at the Arboretum. While her main aim is exercise, she likes to capture moments of beauty. Saskia said her image was of “the late-afternoon winter sun peering through the ghostly American Birch trees (the Arboretum)”.
