KALLISTA General Store was filled with not only good stock, but plenty of fanfare as the new owners held their grand opening recently. On offer for the more than 200 guests were plenty of local and international wines, with representatives present from Hargreaves Hill Brewery and Angry Cock Cider. There was also cheese from the Spring Street Grocer. Business partners Josephine Horn and Elizabeth Hourigan said they had introduced plenty of new items, such as a coffee machine, a new deli range and daily fresh bread. Sourcing local produce is one of the main focuses of the store. Ms Horn said she couldn’t wait to grow a strong relationship with the community. 153739
