FOR a night of non-stop hilarity, hills people should not miss the Burrinja Gallery’s comedy festival next week.
In a one-night extravaganza, audiences will be kept in stitches by an all-star line-up of comedians including Sue-Ann Post, Dave Callan and Andrew McClelland.
Back by popular demand, Sue-Ann Post will host this night of laughter.
Post is renowned as Australia’s favourite six-foot lesbian, ex-Mormon, diabetic comedian and writer.
She has both shocked and delighted audiences around the globe including Australia, New Zealand, the UK and America since she hit the comedy circuit in 1991.
Post will be joined by another one of the country’s favourite funny men, Dave Callan.
Callan is famous for his Triple J graveyard show on Sunday nights and has garnished a cult-like following for his taste in music and humour.
Although born in Ireland, Callan now calls Australia home and travels across the country offering his unique brand of comedy.
To round off this fantastic night of laughs, Burrinja presents stand-up comedian Andrew McClelland who is also known for his passion for music and the ability to make people laugh.
With shows from Edinburgh Festival to the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, his 2008 show, Andrew McClelland’s Guide to Being a Modern Gentleman was a huge hit. He is now bringing his show to the hills.
