HILLS kids won’t need to run away this month – the circus is coming to them.
Burrinja will host a series of workshops throughout January featuring juggling balls (6 and 7 January), devil sticks or ribbons (13 and 14) and balloon models (20 and 21).
Kids can make their own circus equipment and learn skills to practice at home. Sessions from 10.30am to noon are open to all ages while 12.30pm to 2pm workshops are designed for six to 11-year-olds.
Kids 12 and over should attend between 2pm and 3.30pm.
Each workshop is $5 per person, plus an additional $8 to $15 for equipment
