CLIVE Carter will share his passion for motorcycles with dads across the region this Father’s Day.

Clive Carter’s also has a full workshop available for those needing to give their ride a tune-up or repairs.
The showroom also features a number of essential items for any rider including batteries, plugs, oil, filters, chains and more.
Clive also offers his expert advice and passion for sport of motorcycle racing.
In 1976 he opened the store to cater for repairs from the classic to modern and even restoration work.
As well as maintaining the shop, Clive has also made a name for himself on the race-track over the past 33 years.
In January 1976 he was named the Road Racing Victorian Champion at Phillip Island on his Yamaha TZ 350 and took out the lap record.
Clive also broke the 500cc-lap record at the same meeting.
He has since retired to focus on helping and promoting his two sons, Danny Carter and Terry Carter.
Following in their father’s footsteps, both Danny and Terry have held lap records and Victorian titles.
But Clive’s passion for the sport proved to be too strong and is now getting ready to get back on his bike.
The 61-year-old will race in the International Gran Prix at Phillip Island from 16 to 18 October in the P5 class on his Rickmans Kawasaki 1000.
Those wanting to get their father something special this year should drop into Clive Carter Motor Cycles at 1033 Burwood Highway, Ferntree Gully, which is open from 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 1pm on Saturdays.
