Roving studio stalls- Hills artists Mark Westaway with his transmograph called King Tut Chair,

HILLS artists are getting ready to open their workshops to the public as part of a roving open studios project.
The artists will display their wares at the Kallista Craft Market on the first Saturday of each month.
One of the 18 artists will hold the market stall each month and then open their studio up for the afternoon.
There will be a large range of wares on display from paintings and ceramics to textiles, prints, jewellery, photography and illustrations. Art enthusiasts can visit hills studios in Ferntree Gully, Emerald and Olinda following the market.
Maps of the open studios will be available at the stall. Two studios will be opened next month on Saturday 5 and 19 December in time for locals to grab some works for Christmas
