SNIPPETS: Nat Butsch at Alfred Nichols Garden

ARIA-nominated pianist and composer Nat Bartsch will present her album Hope in an unprecedented natural setting on Saturday 4 February 2023 at 6pm.

The album, released in 2021, features music responding to events including the Black Summer bushfires and Covid-19 lockdowns.

Held at the Alfred Nichols Garden, the special performance for the Burrinja Climate Change Biennale will feature Nat performing the work in the Dandenongs bushland where she grew up alongside a string quartet and keyboard.

The event is supported by Sunstability at Yarra Ranges Council, Yarra Ranges Regional Museum and ngurrak barring (RidgeWalk).
