Bliss is a 60-minute full body therapeutic massage using aromatic essential oils that encourages the body to de-stress and slip into a blissful state of deep relaxation.
Nurture is specially designed for the mum-to-be to alleviate many of the normal discomforts during pregnancy such as backache, stiff neck, leg cramps and headaches. Restore is a therapeutic 30-45 minute back, neck and shoulder massage that allows tension to drift away while Harmony is a special one hour Reiki treatment that will calm body, mind and spirit.
Designed for women who are running around all day and need to give their feet some TLC, Tread Lightly is a delightful 30-minute foot massage using uplifting oils.
