Connecting Cockatoo Communities is running an Australia Day morning tea and awards event at the Alma Treleoar Reserve Amphitheatre.
At 9am there will be a Cockatoo local Australia Day awards to citizen, senior citizen, youth zitizen, community event and community group of the year.
Father Bob Maguire will be a special guest, and free coffee will be available from 8.30am.
