SNIPPETS: Veggie workshop in Knox

A veggie planting workshop run by Knox City Council will be held at Coonara House during the school holidays.

On Thursday 21 April, kids will have the opportunity to learn about growing their own veggies from 10am to 11.30am.

The workshop will get kids creative as they decorate their own planter box to take their plants home in and take some of the veggies they’ve used home for a snack.

Bookings for the event are free but essential. People can register at http://tix.yt/plant-a-veg

The workshop is run in partnership with Bunnings Scoresby.
