at this month’s Winter Madness-themed Cockatoo Country Market, colourful costumes helped spread some cheer.
Held on Saturday 6 August, some stallholders, volunteers and customers donned fancy dress at Alma Treloar Reserve.
President Karen Benson said each month the committee tried to come up with a different theme.
“We thought it sounded fun. Everyone really enjoyed it,” she said.
Next month, on Saturday 3 September, the market will focus on Father’s Day.
