Ferntree Gully CFA open day sees large crowds

Ferntree Gully CFA estimated over 1000 people visited the station during its recent Open Day on Saturday 26 November.

Community groups including Knox SES, The Hut Art Society, Friends of Koolunga Native Reserve, Rotary Club of Fern Tree Gully, Knox Historical Society and Ferntree Gully Girl Guides were also on the scene showing off what they do for the local community.

Mountain District Learning Centre and FTG Uniting Church held an artisan market and an art show nearby as a part of the open day.
