Beauty of beads

LOSE yourself in the breathtaking beauty of Boronia’s Beaded Flower Garden among pearls, gemstones, art clay silver, exquisite glass crystal beads from the Czech Republic and handmade lampwork beads.
“Each handmade bead is created one at a time, decorated, inspected and then kiln annealed for a long lasting beauty,” said Natalie Song, owner of the Beaded Flower Garden.
Natalie started this unique business more than two years ago online with a website before taking it one step further and opening the retail store in Boronia.
“People now have a chance to look at the real thing instead of on the website,” said Natalie.
“The beautiful beads look so much better when you can actually see them as some handmade beads have 3D qualities in them.”
The Beaded Flower Garden also offers Australian handmade beads by talented lampwork artists and the opportunity for people to make their own glass beads and silver jewellery at home.
Classes in beadmaking, art clay silver, beaded flowers, basic jewellery making and stringing, seedbead stitching and wire crochet are also offered.
