Dive in to summer fun

KIDS looking for summer fun will be pleased to discover the pool at Emerald Lake Park is again open this summer.
The pool will operate on weekends, school and public holidays from 11am until 5.30pm, and on school days it will open from 11.30am until 5pm.
The pool opened this year on Saturday, 10 December and will operate until Monday, 13 March.
The pool will not open, however if the maximum temperature forecast is 20 degrees or below, which includes cold and wet conditions and the possibility of lightning.
In addition, group bookings may be made for use of the pool outside of the set opening times for a fee.
The park is open until 8pm from December 18 until March 14, so visitors are welcome to stay on after their swim and use the barbecue facilities.
The pool is just one of the fantastic activities that Emerald Lake Park has to offer.
Visitors can also enjoy paddleboat rides, fishing, picnicking and walking.
