The Emerald Co-op was established in 1945 by a group of farmers to serve the community.
In 1983, the co-operative joined the Mitre 10 group which has helped the business grow into what it is today.
General manager James McConnachie and his team are dedicated to the customer, the co-op and the community.
“If it were not for the support of the shareholders and the community the co-op would not be as strong as it is today,” he said.
“The co-op also benefits the community as it is a large supporter of schools, churches and numerous sporting clubs.
