Elevation soars to new heights

ELEVATION at Emerald has celebrated its first birthday.
The bar and lounge, with wonderful views, is reaching new heights and the kitchen is primed for fine a la carte dining with two talented new chefs, Daniel and Kevin.
Daniel’s background has provided the inspiration for his exquisite Mediterranean style dishes, while a stint at Hayman Island has resulted in Kevin’s expertise and flair with seafood.
Elevation is introducing an exciting new menu to coincide with Valentine’s Day featuring the talents of these two new chefs, with Angus beef steak a specialty along with fresh seafood.
All food is cooked on the premises and the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner on weekdays and weekends and breakfast as well on Sundays.
Starting 15 February, lunch specials hit the menu every weekend. For only $15 diners can select from a special lunch menu with a glass of wine or pot of beer.
Adding another dimension to Elevation, traditional Devonshire teas entice visitors to cool off late morning or unwind mid-afternoon.
It’s not all about the food though, with plenty of entertainment and fun at Elevation. OC Night is on Tuesdays with drink specials and OC live on the big screen.
Wednesday is trivia night at 7.30pm with plenty of prizes and giveaways.
Friday nights swing to live entertainment with the boys from Far Cry.
The bright, airy space is also ideal for functions, serving a sit-down menu for up to 140 or a cocktail capacity of 200 people.
Open seven days a week and with a host of new options, Elevation is on the up and up.
Elevation really stands out in the Main Street of Emerald. Phone to book on 5968 2911.
