MONBULK police were kept busy on the weekend with two break-ins and a report of a damaged letter box.
Senior Constable Sandra Maddern said a Toyota Hilux was broken into at Jellicoe Avenue and fishing equipment was stolen between 11pm on Saturday and 8.30am on Sunday.
She said the storeroom of the Rose Cottage in Olinda was also broken into some time between 11pm on Thursday, 18 May and 9am on Friday, 19 May. Food and alcohol were stolen.
And a sandstone letterbox in Wiseman Road, Silvan, was damage by a vehicle between 11.30pm on Friday night and 8.30am on Saturday. Anyone who has any information on these incidents is asked to contact police on 9756 6266.
