FOLK singer-songwriter Bruce Watson will take centre stage on Friday at the Ranges Burrinja Folk Club.
The folk club is held on the last Friday of every month and offers a great night out in the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of the Burrinja Gallery.
Watson is a well-known performer who is renowned for his hilarious songs which are a mixture of humour and political parodies.
He is known to have the power to move audiences to tears with his lyrics that focus on issues such as the environment, reconciliation and the ironies of life.
Special guest Jenny Thomas will also join Watson on stage on Friday.
Thomas will serenade the audience with her lush contemporary and traditional folk songs on violin and vocals.
Hills people should not miss this night of non-stop entertainment at the Burrinja Gallery, 351 Glenfern Road, Upwey.
