Family moves in

BELL Real Estate Emerald is now offering more than just service with a smile – it’s providing a whole family experience.
The Emerald office now has three generations working to help people find their dream homes.
Sydney Bell first started the business more than 35 years ago in Box Hill but the business soon grew and moved to Belgrave in 1975, which was followed by the closure of the Box Hill office in 1983.
Since then the business has expanded to include six offices in Belgrave, Emerald, Olinda, Yarra Junction, Woori Yallock and Lilydale.
Rosalie Day (nee Bell) was the first of the family to join her father in the business in 1975 as the agency’s receptionist.
But she soon moved up to become a realtor just like her father.
Her mother, Val, was also an integral part of the business as one of the founding directors.
Rosalie’s husband, Grant joined the team in 1995.
The pair’s daughter Bethany also joined the firm five years ago as receptionist.
To finish this family picture Rosalie’s son Aaron has just joined the clan as an agent representative.
Grant and Rosalie said it was a great feeling having another family member on board.
