All types of pets and everything for pets can be found at Fish and Feather in Kilsyth. All types of pets and everything for pets can be found at Fish and Feather in Kilsyth.

SUPER store for pets and pet accessories, Fish and Feather offers everything for pets, and just about any type of pet.
Reptiles, amphibians, birds, insects, fish, rabbits, mice, rats, dogs and cats are sourced by the owners plus all the accessories imaginable.
Owner Beverley Rout and manager Cheryl Rout also have services such as in-home pet feeding, aviary, pond and fish tank installation and maintenance.
“We are unique because we offer all these things under one roof,” said Beverley.
“We have a great team of staff and we have good knowledge.
“Our staff undergo a lot of training to make sure they are kept up to date.
“We do care, and if we don’t have an answer we will refer you to an expert who can help.”
Beverley started her love affair with pets more than 25 years ago in small stores in shopping centres.
Fish and Feather was opened almost 17 years ago.
“It was the first of its kind — a pet superstore,” she said.
“I wanted to open a store that was big enough to have accessories for any animal and also be able to showcase what was actually out there.
“There is so much product available and we were always limited by space.
“We have more than 1000 square metres at Fish and Feather and we still run out of space.”
Beverley and Cheryl want to make sure that the pet people choose is right for their situation and lifestyle.
“Pets are a long-term commitment and require careful thought,” they said.
“We will do our best to make sure that the animals chosen are the right ones for the people who choose them.
“We do reserve the right to refuse a sale if we think it would be wrong for the customer or the animal.
“We also offer a seven-day cooling off period, where an animal can be returned for any reason for a 75 per cent refund.”
Fish and Feather is at 243-245 Colchester Road, Kilsyth, on the corner of Canterbury and Colchester roads.
