AN UPWEY resident has interrupted a brazen afternoon burglary.
Two men forced their way into a Mahoney Street home through a rear kitchen window about 3.30pm on Friday 22 May.
They placed electrical items in bags, carried a television out to their car and were in the driveway when the home owner returned. They told her they were looking for someone but had the wrong address.
She watched them use wires to start the Grey Ford Telstar sedan (DBO 630) stolen from Frankston Railway Station that day. Belgrave police urge anyone with information to contact them on 9754 6677.
