KNOX City Council will now keep residents up to date through social networking websites Twitter and Facebook.
Acting CEO Ian Bell said it was a cost-effective way to keep in touch with the community ‘in a timely and efficient way’. “We are committed to being innovative in a way that is both smart and efficient,” Mr Bell said.
