ULLI Richard and Peter Hutton’s passion for potato is a big winner with diners at the Glendower Kartoffelhouse and Restaurant in Upper Beaconsfield.

Ulli said it was a challenge to market a potato house in Australia.
“But by showing our customers the versatility of the potato they returned time and time again,” he said.
“Now 97 per cent of our diners are Australian.”
