A warm welcome

THE Mail Newspaper Group last week introduced its newest title to Mount Evelyn.
The 40-page Mount Evelyn Mail is the latest edition for the group that has covered the Dandenong Ranges and Yarra Valley for the past 30 years.
More than 50 local residents, traders and Mail staff attended the launch last week.
Managing director Paul Thomas said the response from the community had been amazing.
He said people were excited to see the first edition hit the streets.
Mr Thomas said after servicing the surrounding areas for more than three decades, the Mail had taken the logical step towards establishing a newspaper in Mount Evelyn.
The Mount Evelyn Mail will be home delivered to more than 2700 homes and a further 800 will be bulk dropped across the region.
