MOUNT Evelyn Christian School’s year 12 students celebrated their last day of school last week with a carnival.
They set up a range of activities for students from prep to year 11 to enjoy.
This was followed by a school assembly with video presentations and prep students presented the year 12s with portraits they had designed.
Community relations officer Amanda Steele said the students then planted a tree and wrote their hopes, prayers and dreams on cards and placed them on the tree.
She said the year 12 students and staff took part in a number of games including a water fight.
Following a barbecue lunch, the students cleaned the school grounds and rooms.
