EMERALD Village Bakery will have something scrumptious for everyone to enjoy this festive season.
With just eight weeks left until Christmas, staff at the bakery are preparing for the yuletide rush.
They are now starting to bake some good old favourites such as traditional fruit cake, homemade mince pies, plum puddings, butter shortbreads and gingerbread houses.
Bakers are also hard at work making croquembouche, stollens and yuletide logs.
Emerald Bakery will also have a large number of Christmas hampers on offer this season.
There will be something for everyone including some great homemade goodies.
The hampers will make the perfect gift with a wide range of prices and sizes on offer.
Emerald Bakery is also making the busy Christmas time easy for customers with its ranges of ready made dinners from family quiches to gourmet pizzas and its new range of mini gourmet pies.
A large range of platters on offer this season will also make it easy to cater for any function.
There is something to suit everyone’s palate with gourmet sandwiches, mini filled rolls, wraps, cold meat and cheese platters.
Fruit and chocolate and the bakery’s cake and slice platters will also be available.
Emerald Bakery also caters for that special occasion cakes from birthdays, engagements and weddings to Christmas.
Customers are invited to visit Carina and her team of Kayla, Ash and Fallon who will tailor make their cake. The bakery at shop 8-10 Kilvington Drive, Emerald, will be open throughout the busy Christmas season from Monday to Friday from 6am to 6pm, and Saturday and Sundays from 6am to 5.30pm. It is open every day except Christmas Day and New Year’s Day and will open for extended late night trading over Christmas. Appointments are also welcome by contacting the bakery on 5968 4310.
