Movin’ and groovin’

By JODIE SYMONDS

IT’S time to sing and dance with your toddler.
Yarra Ranges Council is encouraging families and their one-two year old’s to get involved in music and active moment sessions.
The sessions will be running from 3 to 12 December and offer a fun, relaxed and informative environment for your little ones, as well as stimulating their mind and bodies.
Some of the activities will include discovering the connection between music, movement and learning and creating musical instruments with recyclable materials.
This is an opportunity for the children to play with others while enjoying the music.
Families can also meet others while having fun interacting with your child.
All sessions are free they require booking. To secure your place or for more information, telephone the Early Years Team on 1300 368 333.
