THE sky lit up over Lilydale Lake last Thursday, when Mail journalist and photographer Jesse Graham took this photo on the lake’s pier. The photo was taken at around 10pm on Thursday 12 February and, despite it being well past sunset, the lake was surrounded by people, walking and jogging. The summer weather made for perfect photo-taking conditions, with the temperature still sitting high late into the evening. 134556 Picture: JESSE GRAHAM
