UNDER 9Bs gave a great effort. They worked really well on their skills and played their best footy of the year to date. No result recorded.

UNDER 9A today had a long road trip out to Healesville with great weather and conditions greeting us. They were a very good side but our boys fought out the game really well and continued to improve, well done kids. No result record.

UNDER 12Bs were slow out of the box early on and this put us back on our heels, but to the team’s credit they worked their way back into it and kicked away in the second half. Everyone played their role and it showed with a good win. Score: Monbulk 6.8(44) d Healesville 0.1(1)

UNDER 14Bs’ coach was really happy with the kid’s effort today. Kept playing to team structure, and it payed off on the scoreboard. Every player got involved in a great team effort. Monbulk defeated Upwey-Tecoma.

UNDER 10s. Against a formidable opposition the Under 10s stood up again and showed improvements in all areas of the game. There was an even contribution from all players who are eager to face next week’s challenge. No result recorded.

UNDER 12As at Healesville were up against the top side. The team was up for the contest and willing to take on the game! We did it for the first three quarters and our contested ball was fantastic. In the last quarter we just dropped our guard and were pipped at the post. Some you win, some you lose. Keep your heads up Monbulk and we will learn from it. UNDER 14As’ coach was very encouraged with a well-rounded consistent performance, every player working hard for each other made the whole team very even across the board.
