EMERGENCY services were responding to a two-car collision on Belgrave-Gembrook Road, Emerald.
The collision occured about 3.45pm on Tuesday 22 November.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said a female in her thirties and three children were occupants in one car.
While in the second car, the occupant was a female in her twenties.
