The rain couldn’t dampen the spirit of the Belgrave Lantern Festival, with thousands of residents from the Dandenong Ranges and surrounds taking to the streets of Belgrave to show off their homemade lanterns. As usual, the 12th annual lantern parade was nothing short of dazzling.
