Hawks Under-16s through to the Grand Final

Monbulk Junior Football

The teams fought through slippery, tough and wet conditions for two wins and a loss in the finals.

Congratulations goes to the Under-16 boys as they head into the grand final this weekend.

It was tough conditions for both teams, with very few moments of good ball transfer and fluent footy.

The ball was very heavy and most of the game was congested, so whoever was able to gain possession in their forward line was going to get results.

Monbulk battled hard all day and made sure they fought to the end.

The result didn’t go the Hawks’ way.

The side is filled with pride for the way the team played on Sunday and for the entire season.

The boys had a very tough contest.

The ground was soft and the ball was slippery, but the team worked hard and stuck to their structures to come away with a close win.
