LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Hills Hub Access

Regarding the article “Hills Hub access” printed 23 May.

I support the Hills Photographic Society in that the hub should have a place maker/event manager (someone with a bit of spark) and should be open at least 9am till 5pm. I have lived in Emerald 40 years. I can’t see why the hours from 10am till 1pm are enough. If you work or go to school no access for you except if there is a special Saturday function.

This beaut $8 million build was paid for by the ratepayers.

Apparently there is a commercial kitchen in there (Why is it hidden?)

Glenda king.
