A MONBULK business is proving that customer service matters.
The Australian College of Animal Tactile Therapy (ACATT) has been awarded an Achiever Award for customer service.
Christine Scully, owner of ACATT, said the award gives her business recognition for the service it provides to its customers.
“We are really excited,” she said. “It’s rewarding the staff for all the hard work they put in.”
Now in its ninth year, the Australian Achiever Awards is an independent awards system based on ratings from businesses customers.
Scores above 80 per cent are regarded as exceptional and reflects an outstanding level of customer service.
ACATT scored 96.2 per cent in the awards.
