Emergency services respond to crash in Sassafras

The CFA responded to a vehicle accident in Sassafras on Tuesday 19 December.

Four CFA units from The Basin and Sassafras fire brigades were called to Mountain Highway at around 1.18pm, a CFA spokesperson confirmed.

Paramedics were also called to an incident in Sassafras at around 1.20pm, Ambulance Victoria confirmed.

“No emergency treatment or transport was required,” an Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said.

It is understood the incident was under control at 1.31pm.
