Household rubbish, recycling and food and garden bin collection services will operate as usual over the Christmas holiday period, including public holidays, for residents in Knox.
You can check which day your rubbish is being collected by using the find my bin days search tool – knox.vic.gov.au/our-services/bins-rubbish-and-recycling/find-my-bin-days
Please note that no hard rubbish will be collected between Monday 25 December and Monday 1 January 2024.
To book a hard rubbish collection in the new year, please complete the council’s online form, which opened on Thursday 21 December. Collections will resume on Tuesday 2 January 2024.

Please note that missed bin collections, damaged or stolen bins are not actioned on public holidays.
