Panasonic Australia is recalling their corded power adaptor model PS06H50K1000AD which was supplied as part of these pet products:
Panasonic Smart Pet Feeder – Model: CP-JNF01FW
Panasonic Pet Water Fountain – Model: CP-JNW01FW
Affected manufacturing batch numbers are 2320, 2322, 2401
The recall is due to the fact the power plug may break apart and expose live wires, creating a risk of serious injury or death due to electrocution from contact with the live wires.
The product was available for sale between 17 August 2023 and 8 November 2024 at the following retailers:

Consumers should stop using the product, turn the power off at the switch immediately and check the model and batch number on the face of the plug.
