Free group for young men in Knox

Young men in Knox aged 14 – 17 can now access a free new program through the Youth Hive at the Knox Library.

Teens aged 14-17 who are looking to build confidence, strengthen friendships and develop life skills are invited to The Forge.

The free new program from Knox Youth Services supports young men to explore healthy masculinity, emotional intelligence and positive peer relationships in a safe and supportive group setting.

Fortnightly sessions will feature discussions, interactive activities and guest speakers. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on what masculinity means to them, learn tools for emotional regulation and resilience, connect with other young people in a safe, respectful space and hear from inspiring guest speakers and mentors.

Sessions will be held fortnightly on a Monday from 4:30pm-6:00pm at the Youth Hive in the Knox Library. Sessions will commence in Term 3, 2025.

Registration is required. For more information contact Luis in Youth Services on 9298 8000 or youth@knox.vic.gov.au.
