Make a claymation movie

This will be at the Squishy Stuff stop motion animation workshop with local animator Gregg Brown.
Stop motion animation (the technique used to make Chicken Run and Wallace and Gromit) is rarely taught outside specialist animation courses, so this is a great opportunity for budding local animators to learn about this fun form of animation.
The workshops will run over two sessions and participants will work in small groups to create their own short animated films.
Young animators will get hands-on experience creating their own characters, filming their movie, using animation software and putting together their soundtrack.
The entire workshop program costs only $45 and is open to any high school aged person.
This one cost covers the entire program including two filmmaking sessions plus a DVD of the film created by workshop participants.

When these workshops have run in the past, they have booked out very quickly so those interested should reserve a place as soon as possible.
Workshops are on Thursday, 10 April (5-7pm) and Sunday, 13 April (10-4pm) at Burrinja, 351 Glenfern Road, Upwey (corner Matson Drive).
